WARRANTY:
Pro-tec products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one [1] year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

For warranty evaluation, the purchaser must return the product to the Pro-Tec dealer where he purchased the product with the original purchase receipt. We require that all products are in clean condition. Products that are dirty will be rejected and return to the sender, charging freight.

Any product that is defective will be replaced by Pro-Tec if returned within one [1] year of purchase. The returned product should be carefully wrapped and shipped prepaid to:

Together with:
1. The registration card at the back of the manual (if not already sent).
2. A letter stating the reason for the return, including a return address.
3. A proof of purchase with date.
4. A check payable to Pro-Tec for $10.00 return shipping and handling.

Except as otherwise specifically stated, Pro-Tec makes no other express warranties or guaranties. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety [90] days in duration. Some states do not allow limitations on the length of implied warranties, as such; the above limitation may not apply to you. Pro-Tec shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, as such; the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
