The Goods delivered shall be fit for their purpose (which was held out by the Supplier or made known to it either expressly or by implication by the Company), and shall be delivered in full compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. In case it turns out any counterfeit, fake or inferior Goods have been delivered to the Company by the Supplier, the Company is entitled to claim liquidated damages amounting to three(3) months Goods receiving amount from the Supplier theretofore;
