Explanation: Dogovor o subpodryadnyh rabotah v ramkah subsidiruemogo proekta It seems this term has not yet found its way into Russian, therefore it does not exist in dictionaries, etc. I believe the suggested translation could suit your purposes. What is a subcontract or subgrant agreement? A subcontract or subgrant is an agreement issued under a prime award from the recipient of the prime award to a third party (collaborating institution). The prime award may be either a contract, grant cooperative agreement or another subcontract, and the terms and provisions of the prime award will be passed on to the subcontractor.
