Russian translation:vospriimchivost' k novomu, stremlenie k deystviyu
Explanation:
A good explanation is given by RedTrans, however I'd have expressed it a bit different: воспримчивость к новому, стремление к действию.

Prozorlivost novatora, naporistost' entuziasta

Explanation:
Прозорливость новатора, напористость энтузиаста. This is a golden gift for you. Because to invent such in Russian, you have to be 'specially inspired'. But seriously the situation is such: prozorlivost meets criteria of vision or ability to predict, next novator: to keep the phrase laconic, this word suits the style the best. Now the second part: naporistost - of course, it's a matter of energetic intention to - perform! For that, the Russian entuziast is just what a real workaholic should be. Literaturny perevod - eto, odnako, ne tekhnicheskiy s gotovymi terminamy :-)

Видение перспективы, стремление к воплощению

Explanation:
The phrase must be seen as a whole and not merely as a set or list of characteristics, i.e. the person/company must or does see, realise, is aware of available opportunities for improvement and then is able and eager to employ these opportunities. in simpler terms, one knows what should/can be done and is determined to do it/ have it done. Thus I'd suggest the above translation. Note that innovation can also denote рационализировать, improve, make more efficient, streamline, esp. when talking economy (and not only create or think of something new). Hence the word перспектива, which, however, can be substituted with возможности.
Cheers,

Дальновидность и созидательность

Explanation:
I would render the phrase using this simple and straightforward Russian cliche (although short, it fully includes the meaning of the original English phrase). It does not make sense to translate it verbatim, for the word combination has a phraseological meaning. What's more, since in this instance the text is taken from a brochure, I believe that it would be reasonable to strive for brevity.

All the best
