Силос хранения собирают из цилиндрических тонкостенных колец. Внизу цилиндр превращается в конус. Acc - видимо, accordingly. И точка пропущена. Писали немцы. Если это диаметр, то что такое total girt? (Скобку в последнем предложении забыли закрыть.)

The single elements have to be aligned acc Especially it has to be taken care for height offset and diameter (girt). If the diameter (girt) is too big, a single shell has to be shortened. Differences in girt have to be equalized throughout the total girt.
(This can be checked if markings will be made on both parts e.g. every 60°).
By a crane lift the lower cone onto the upper cone (hereby it has to be taken care for the girts of both parts. Axes have to be marked on the semi-finished parts.
