Comment to previous answers. Explanation: Traditionally, we say С Рождеством or С Новым Годом which is still celebrated more widely. Phrases like "Счастливого Рождества" are common in sentences "Желаю вам счастливого/веселого Рождества", but you are unlikely to encounter them separate.
