Например: "However, patients are entitled to a system that requires health plans to act responsibly if the plan is going to make decisions over what health care a physician can provide, and those decisions harm the patient". Здесь "ответственно" неприемлемо, потому что пациенту нужны не ответственные планы, а надёжные, гарантированные и т.д. Вообще лучше привести конкретный контекст, иначе можно только гадать... |
