· With your outside hand, reach up under the bent elbow and as you pivot toward the arm, shove the elbow up and directly over toward the floor.

For a right-to-left grab, step to #2 and use a cross secure.

Explanation:
Ольга, мне кажется, это обычный ЗАЛОМ. Наверняка, видели в жизни или по ТВ, как двое милиционеров/полицейских/военных итп ведут согнутого в три погибели преступника..
Вот это оно и есть.
Очень болезненно, кстати :)

А это случайно не из руководства для полицейских (техника самозащиты)?
