Trend View Panel
The Trend View Panel displays the trended PSG channel data at various zoom levels ranging from 1 – 10 hours in 1-hour increments.
Trended data typically consists of a moving 6-second average of the data displayed in the Raw View Panel.
Events are also displayed on the Trend Panel and a hypnogram can also be displayed on this panel.
Parts of the Trend View Panel
Trend labels – The trend labels are on left most part of the display.
They represent the name of the trend being displayed.
You can interact with the trend label.
Trend area – The trend area appears to the right of the trend label and is where the trend data is displayed.
Splitter – This splitter control forms the boundary between the trend labels and the trend data.
The user can click and drag this splitter to resize the width of the trend labels.
Time scale tick marks – These indicators are relative time indicators and give you an idea of the duration of items on the trend view.
Blue Highlight Area – This area is displayed where you last clicked on the trend panel.
Events – Events appear as vertical lines on the Trend View panel.
Zoom – The zoom list is in the lower left side of each Trend View Panel.
You can select a value from the zoom combo and the trend view will instantly change to that zoom.
Scrolling Through Data in the Trend View Panel
The Trend View Panel has the same scrolling functions as the Raw View Panel.
Trend View Pop-up Menu
Right-clicking anywhere on the trend panel causes the pop-up menu to display.

Note that you can print the Trend View by selecting Panel Print or Print Preview.
Trend Channel Labels
The trend channel labels appear on the left side of a Trend View and identify each channel’s name.
The labels used for the trend are configurable using the Trend Labels window under the Configuration tab.

The trend channel label menu appears when you right click on a trend channel label.
The contents of the menu can vary based on the trend channel type.
