См., например,на страничке http://www.oxeyes.org.uk/audio.htm Some visually impaired people can read given special magnifiers and large print, but many cannot, and are deprived of literature that they want, and sometimes need, access to. Increasingly the transcription of the written word on to audio-cassette is the medium which makes literature available to visually impaired people. By recording a spoken version of the document in front of them, readers are effectively lending their eyes to blind people. |
