English to Russian translations [Non-PRO]
English term or phrase:that's good to hear.Have a nice day.
I had posted a question the other day asking how to say "good afternoon, how are you today?" to my friend's stepmom. So now I was wondering what I would say in response to what she might tell me.
Explanation: Это буквально.
Можно сказать так:
that's good to hear - Хорошие новости или Приятно было Вас слышать и т.п.
Have a nice day - Удачи! или Желаю хорошо провести день
Вообще, употребляется в качестве вежливого прощания.
