Если же учесть, что сперва наверняка переводили с японского... Не исключено, что речь о связке матрицы и нового процессора, позволяющей и т.д.

это по факту уровень шума и чувствительность матрицы. Процессор не при делах.

Чтобы понять о чем речь - о матрице или о процессоре - нужен дополнительный контекст.
