English term or phrase: Rear Quarter Lower Outer (front) R/H with groove
This is a follow-up of my previous question. Now that I know how to translate "quarter panel", new problems emerge:

Заднее правое крыло, наружная часть...

Now how to incorporate here the words "lower" and "front".

Groove -- паз?? as in:
**They are serviced with OR without a groove in the sill panel**

Thanks in advance.

Russian translation:Нижний конец заднего крыла (см ниже!)
Explanation:
Нижний конец (кромка) ПРАВОГО (this is "R/H. seemingly right-hand") заднего крыла (вид спереди спереди) c желобком (пазом, выемкой, канавкой и т.д.)

Why OUTER? See, e.g., концевой элерон = outer aileron.
front означает вид спереди или же передняя часть детали

Note that here I tried to depict the L/H (not R/H) part in question.

Unfortunately in this particular case (probably the context I provided was not enough) it cannot be "нижний конец крыла" as it is a whole part that is described, not one of its sections. "Front" cannot be "передняя часть детали" "вид спереди" either for the same reason.

But it is nice to know that I am not the only one who does not understand this puzzle. You will probably feel better if I tell you that I asked native speakers at the local garage and they could not explain it either:-)

I just have to ask the client for more information.

Thank you for trying to help,

Gala
