Explanation:
Ward moze imati uze i sire znacenje u zavisnosti od toga koliko su precizne informacije koje slede. Uze znacenje je odredjeni deo odeljenja (za npr: ginekologiju,bilo bi akuserstvo), a sire je samo odeljenje(npr: ginekologija).
General practitioner je ekvivalent nasem lekaru opste prakse. On prvo uspostavlja dijagnozu i od zavisnosti od nje salje kod specijaliste, sto je consultant. Consultant takodje moze biti funkcija:lekar koji vrsi funkciju upravnika lekara nekog odeljenja, ili, odgovorni za medicinsko-administraciona pitanja (konsultacije na visem nivou, zalbe i tuzbe itd), grupe pacijenata koji pripadaju odredjenom delu grada(npr: Topcideru, Karaburmi). GP radi u domu zdravlja/ambulanti a Consultant u bolnici/institutu. Ward se takodje vezuje za bolnicu ili institut.
