English term or phrase: full-text documents
The major difference between the two data bases is, of course, to be found in their scope: Whereas that kept by the Records and Distribution Office includes all kinds of documents, that of the Department for Preparation and Management of the Plenary is for legislative business only. As to the latter, however, the data already registered by the Records and Distribution Office have to be entered once more; other kinds of data are added, e.g. the respective reference to the plenary agenda. What the two data bases have in common is the circumstance that the metadata are not linked with full-text documents.
