English term or phrase: teeter-totter and wobble board
An important step in the development of sports specific rehabilitation was the invention of the wobble board, a simple variation of the teeter-totter. Different kinds of teeter-totters have been used as toys and balance training aids for many years, but they were restricted to side to side motions like a seesaw. Wobble boards were built on a half sphere or rockers, so that the user could simultaneously move from side to side and from back to front.

teeter-totter = prekucna gugalnica

Explanation:
"Gugalnica" is a general term for a "swing" and we use the same term for the normal "children's swing" and for the "teeter-totter". Since you need a distinction, the more exact term is "prekucna gugalnica" as opposed to "nihajna gugalnica" for "children's swing". I believe that we don't have an expression for "wobble board", but I could be wrong, of course. It will not be easy to make a normal adjective from the English "to wobble", maybe it would be easier to make a construct based on the use of the board, like "ravnotežna deska" - a board, used for balance training. A more poetic expression could be "deska omahljivka" - a board that staggers, hesitates :)
