No suena muy bien ¿verdad? pero creo que obligid = obligID, o sea "obligation identity (or code)". Si es así, obligID date sería la fecha en que se estableció (utilizó, venció o lo que sea) la obligID. ¿Me explico o te he liado más aún?

También se puede referir a una fecha futura, en la que vencerá dicha obligación, en la que tendrá que pagar el balance de un importe parcialmente pagado o algo así...
