English term or phrase: noted over the page
Muchas gracias en primer lugar

this report has been prepared on the basis of the limitations set out in the Statement of Responsibility on page XX and the matters **** noted over the page***

"las observaciones registradas en la página" es mi intento, pero dudo si over pudiese referirse a "vuelta de página"

Es una frase suelta, muchas gracias nuevamente

Strictly speaking

noted over the page

does mean "noted on the back of the page"..

the English should read "noted on the/this page" were it to mean what the contributor has offered as an answer.

Your choice!

BTW

sometimes there are notes on the back of a page...depends what it is.

I am just thinking about a few documents I have in my possession where there are notes on the back/reverse of the page..
