Explanation:
Hay que tener es cuenta que las pautas urbanísticas Americanas no se traducen fácilmente al contexto Europeo, pero "subdivision" se refiere a una zona más o menos grande, pero como mínimo una manzana (AR: cuadra) y normalmente varias manzanas (un sólo bloque de apartamentos o casas sería "development"), asignada a un solo constructor para su desarrollo.

Así que me inclino por Urbanización, que es el término que describe lo más parecido que hay en España.
