Chowing es de chow, comer (de un modo no muy elegante). Me arriesgaría a decir que chiubunghung es una comida (estamos hablando del mismo libro?) :-), pero no encuentro referencias.

Haydée, soy yo de nuevo, si estamos hablando, como creo, del mismo libro, a lo mejor podrías preguntar por chiubunghung en Chinese-English o Chinese-Spanish (la protagonista es Chinese-American).
