causar, dar origen, llevar a

Explanation:
"to give rise" means "to be the cause of, lead to".
I think the translation of the sentence would be "Los valores intrínsecos a los cuales conducen los valores naturales aparte del control por objetivos son corporales o estéticos.", but I think a little more context would be helpful.
Hope it helps.

Best regards,

Patricia

...dan "origen, ajenos a todo control intencionado,"

Explanation:
Hola. Whoaa, hell of a sentence like! Here I'm proposing the following:
"Los valores intrínsecos a los que los valores naturales dan un origen ajeno a todo control intencionado son por lo general el físico y el estético". Issues:
1: to GIVE rise to sthg: dar origen a algo (los valores naturales dan origen a los valores intrínsecos).
2: "apart from ": may be translated in a few different ways. I would give it the sense of "separated", "away from" or "without relation to" as opposed to "except for" and "aside". "Ajeno" tickles my fancy alright.
3: "control by purpose": diff without more context, but I sense it means "purposeful control" (control intencionado), that is, those values are anarchic and powerful enough to defy logic, i.e., such-and-such is so stunning, I can't keep my eyes away from her (or him!). That cannot be controlled successfully, it's in your DNA sequence and that's that. That's my theory on the theory, anyway. More context would help, especially with philosophical essais. Well, good luck, hope the rest has shorter sentences. Cheerio :-D

Ooops, well, none actually but hey!!

Explanation:
Valores intrinsicos que emanan de valores naturales y no de aquellos que resultan de un control a proposito

The value is the result of its natural characteristics and not from manipulation. Difficult to interpret withut the context

Los valores intrínsicos suscitados por los naturales sin que intervenga la voluntad

Explanation:
"control by purpose" se refiere a un control voluntario; "apart from control by purpose se refere a algo que acontece naturalmente, sin que intervenga la voluntad. De ahí la traducción que propongo.
