English term or phrase: the squeaky wheel gets the grease
I am looking for a Spanish expression that gets this idea. This expression, in English, is used in the context of a student complaining that "the unruly student gets the most attention".
Thanks for your cooperation,

Thanks to all who replied so promptly. I know all of the answers were right, but I chose this one since it seems to be more in accord with the context and does not sound "to" informal.

Explanation:
Suerte.

el que no llora no mama

Explanation:
This is a regionalism used in the Rio de la Plata (Argentina and Uruguay). It may not be appropriate in other places, so be very careful.
