Explanation:
En español, elo género no marcado es el masculino. Cualquier hablante responderá sí a esta pregunta si sólo tiene hermanas. En inglés hay que utilizar el masculino y el femenino, porque si no uno de ellos quedaría excluído. Existe la palabra siblings, pero no se usa casi. "Hermanos o hermanas" es una redundancia y podría inducir al eror de pensar que la pregunta es si tienes o bien hermanos o bien hermanas. cosa que no es lo que pregunta el original (usa any).
