Brett
a través, al otro lado, enfrente...
Explanation:
...allende, al través, transversalemente, horizontalmente, en paralelo, etc. etc...
Todo depende de tu contexto Brett,
por ejemplo si es "across the street" sería "enfrente" pero si es "across the ocean" sería "al otro lado del océano." ¿ves? Por eso es importante proveer contexto.

Espero que eso te ayude.

Explanation:
There is no single way to translate "across" into Spanish, it depends 100% on how it is used in the sentence. In many cases, "across" doesn't translate into a specific word; the idea of "across-ness" is contained in the Spanish verb. e.g. "to cross the street" = "cruzar la calle".
