Creo que en español necesitaría el sustantivo "una persona" o "un ser" para que se escuche natural.
Es decir para que pueda decir quien habla:
"...no soy un ser ruin, vil o mezquino.."
o
"...no soy una persona vil, ruin o mezquina..."
