En este caso, me parece más adecuado "registrado" porque normalmente los que hablan de totales y estadísticas de pedidos son los que los reciben, no los que los envían.

Muchas empresas de los EE.UU. no hablan de "orders received" sino de "submitted orders", y opino que en español es más adecuado hablar de "registrados" en este caso.
