Creo también que hace falta más contexto, ya que pudiese ser que lo que se quiere decires: Préstamos Domiciliados, es decir, préstamos a ser cancelados en la moneda de un determinado país aunque el préstamo haya sido realizado por un ente financiero de un país diferente al prestatario.
