"red chips" Explanation: Las "red chips" son grandes compañías (semi públicas) con oficina principal en China y cuyas acciones cotizan en la Bolsa de Hong Kong. Dada la analogía sintáctica con los "blue chips", término tan utilizado en español, yo lo dejaría en inglés. Te adjunto un par de vínculos donde aparece el término. En cuanto a "small cap fund", se trata de fondos de inversión que invierten en empresas de tamaño pequeño, es decir, de pequeña/baja capitalización bursátil. Te adjunto asimismo un vínculo.
