cancelación de saldo y firma (or suscripción) de la escritura


Explanation:
In Argentina, this change of ownership (of real estate) is executed before a notary public, by means of an "escritura traslativa de dominio", or just "escritura", if you don´t want the whole formal name. And "cancelación de saldo" is when you have payed something before, otherwise you say "cancelación de precio". Bear in mind that the formal way is "DE saldo or precio", and not "DEL saldo", which is the way you say it in normal speaking.
