burbuja financiera

Explanation:

Good luck! :)

burbuja financiera

Explanation:
http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:www.certifiedgoldcoins....

Origin is in the 18th century; a great deal of speculation via the South Sea Trading Company led to the world's first known stockmarket crash, the so-called 'South Sea Bubble', with repercussions during decades.

Bubble is something, flimsy, fragile, empty, and can be safely translated by 'burbuja'. What happens is essentially that stocks are over-priced, in relation to the solid assets behind them. It's like buying a house for 10 that would cost about that to actually build and then market demand for housing drives its price up to 30 (and then, the bubble is pricked and BANG! as happened in Thatcher's Britain years ago). With shares, demand is essentailly greater than supply, so prices are going up and up and up. Something's going to give somewhere soon.

The run-up in stock market prices in recent years was partly a financial bubble, and there may be a price to pay for it.

burbuja especulativa o burbuja financiera

Explanation:
