Phrase found in a paragraph of an Exhibit B titled "Offering prices and dealer discounts" belonging to a so called Intermediary Agreement between a family of funds based in the Cayman Islands and any person or company who wants to work as intermediary in the selling and buying of the funds' shares. The exact paragraph follows:
"On the purchase by you from us to cover a single transacion involving Front-End Load Income and Front-End Load Roll-Up classes fo Shares of a Fund, a sales charge may be charged to the investor in accordance with the terms of the Funds Prospectus."

Un fondo es de capitalización cuando no distribuye dividendos y la única retribución del partícipe proviene del incremento patrimonial producido, si existe, como consecuencia de la diferencia entre el valor de las participaciones en el momento en que se incorporó al fondo y el valor de ese mismo número de participaciones en el momento de su reembolso o venta.
