Phrase found in a paragraph of an Exhibit B titled "Offering prices and dealer discounts" belonging to a so called Intermediary Agreement between a family of funds based in the Cayman Islands and any person or company who wants to work as intermediary in the selling and buying of the funds' shares. The exact paragraph follows:
"On the purchase by you from us to cover a single transacion involving Back-End Load Income and Back-End Load Roll-Up classes of Shares of a Fund, a sales commission may be paid to you by us in accordance with the terms of the Funds' Prospectus."
