According to "Bienes Raíces: An English-Spanish Real State Dictionary"

valor patrimonial y/o liquidado

Explanation:
Companies and businesses are financed in two possible ways - debt (loans, credits, etc) and equity (money from the proprietors, shareholders, etc), and the debt/equity ratio is a standard financial performance ratio.

in terms of real estate

'valor patrimonial' (i.e. the proportion of the property that is owned/paid for by the proprietor). Also possibly 'valor liquidado' (in the sense of what's left after debts to the financing institution have been paid off)

in terms of financial assets or asset allocation

'valor liquidado' is preferred becuase it seems like a balance sheet type entry, and as a reflection of the net value of the asset, this is a more realistic interpretation from an accountant's point of view.
