opción de recompra

Explanation:
vesting
An ERISA guideline stipulating that employees must be entitled to their benefits from a pension fund, profit-sharing plan or Employee Stock Ownership Plan, within a certain period of time, even if they no longer work for their employer.

vesting period
The period of time before shares are owned unconditionally by an employee in an employee stock option plan. If his/her employment terminates before this period ends, the company can buy back the shares at their original price.

On the basis of this definition VESTING would be like a BUY-BACK OPTION, so i would say OPCIÓN DE RECOMPRA

Stock issued to employees would be subject to vesting/repurchase over four years

Acciones......con opción de recompra hasta 4 años

Comment 1:
I don't know if you put the 'repurchase' or the text comes like that. If the latter, you'll have to decide how to resolve the similarity

Comment 2:
I say 'hasta' because the employee doesn't own the shares outright during the vesting period which is 4 years in your case. After 4 years the company can't buy back, but until then it can.
