beneficios tal vez se entienda mejor que "prestaciones" aunque las dos son correctas. Si la traduccion es para el mundo americano o latinoamericano recomiendo que uses la palabra "beneficios"... prestaciones tinee una conotacion mas legal y mas dififil de entender.
