= demandado/a; apelado/a Explanation: RFP stands for Request for Production -- the respondent is the person to whom the request for production is being sent. Respondent by itself means "demandado" in this particular case, it means to whomever the request is being sent to. I believe in this case you may want to use "el respondiente" because the RFP can be sent to both the Defendant and the Palintiff in a lawsuit. |
