English term or phrase: Once a "share" is represented
This has to do with the bylaws of a corporation. The whole sentence reads like this: "Once a "share" is represented at a meeting, other than to object to holding the meeting or transacting business, it is deemed to be present for quorum purposes for the remainder of the meeting and for any adjournment of that meeting...."

What's the best way to translate "share" in this context. Is it correct to name it "accionista" "titular" or does it have to be more specific?

Mil gracias de antemano.
Maria

Explanation:
Creo que el contexto no deja mucho espacio para más posibilidades. Si no usas accionista tendrás que usar un sinónimo. En tu lugar, usaría accionista sin ningún problema.

Thanks, BD, I was afraid of that ;o) I understand that it means each and everyone of the shares individually, but, given the context, accionista seems to be the right choice. Thank you for confirming my interpretation.
