broker and dealer are basically the same thing in this context Explanation: I would simply call it "corredor de valores" you get 8,000 + hits in Google under that term.... broker = corredor, comisionista, corredor de bolsa o agente dealer = tratante, comerciante, corredor, concesionario Saludos afectuosos. corredores financieros Explanation: Corredor, Agente de Cambio y Bolsa, Cambista, agente comercial. En este contexto la diferencia es nimia, broker y dealer son -en este caso- lo mismo, pero ocurre que broker-dealer puede ser una financiera, que no tiene la estructura de un banco pero hace las veces de -en lo que a préstamos de dinero se refiere-.
