These contracts are not subject to credit check (only orders are checked) and do not contain any functionality to control volumes already called-off against them as in case of unplanned pickups the actual loading are recorded in the system after the fact, which makes any control mechanisms useless. It is important to notice that pricing is fixed for all sales orders called-off against the contracts if manually maintained into them. However, in case of FORMULA PRICING or no price changes carried out by order takers, the sales documents get re-priced according to the goods issue date.
