Explanation:
Esto es lo que se llama "triplet", o "amplification by synonym". Es muy común en el inglés legal, y se usa para dar énfasis, pero al traducirlo no hace falta que pongas tres palabras, porque en español queda redundante. Hay muchos ("cancel, annul and set aside", "pay, satisfy and discharge", etc.) y también doublets (will and testament, null and of no effect). Si te fijas, etimológicamente, es el mismo significado, sólo que una palabra derivada del latín y otra del Old English.
