Spanish translation:Seguro de Indemnización de Accidentes al Trabajador
Explanation:
You can also say "Seguro de Compensación al Trabajador" or "...de Compensación por Accidentes, etc.", but it depends on where your target audience is. (If it's in Texas, then I'd recommend using "Compensación al Trabajador", for instance.) If you use "indemnización", which is the more "correct" term, then you need to clarify that it is for accidents. US Workers' Comp does not cover loss of property or other situations where "indemnización" would be applicable.

A good compromise between the first two answers. This translation, in fact, is for workers in a United States plant. Thanks for your help, and also for your useful contribution on a previous question for which I could not give you points.

Seguro Contra Accidentes y Enfermedades Laborales

Explanation:
