I would agree with "elacombe", but only in the sense of retail prices, as an example. However, as your text involves the "pricing" of accounts in financial terms, I'm inclined toward the above. The D.R.A.E. gives the following use of the verb:
"Acción de señalar tarifas".

reprice - pc slang


Explanation:
I'll try my thesis

to "price" something, is to put a price on something. But like with other words, with the age of the computer, new slang words are being created every single day. And I am almost 100% sure that "reprice" is one of those slangs used to be able to get the message across quickly and with as little wording as possible.

In spanish it would be; poner precio - (Eng)to price
and in spanish, "volver a poner precio" which is what I think was meant by "reprice".

Interpreto del contexto que das que se trata de un programa de gestión individualizada de clientes como es bastante común utilizar en empresas de intermediación de servicios y que permiten establecer un % de mark-up distinctivo por cada cliente (cada cuenta)que se calcula sobre el costo operativo. Si es así, me parecen más indicados los términos que te menciono en segundo lugar. Los otros son más generales y más técnicos que "poner precio" como propone el colega, pero en definitiva se trata de eso - pero siempre dentro de un soft de gestión financiera, con lo cual "etiquetar" es absurdo y "tarifar" también me suena raro porque en Argentina no se usa para nada...
