Spanish translation:trabajos posteriores de albañilería
Explanation:
I don't know if there is a closer equivalent. Here's what "wet trades" is:

The constructional methods used for P1 are typically conventional technologies which are site-intensive "wet trades" such as stonework, brickwork, plastering, and in-situ concrete, all of which are permanently grounded to massive foundations. (http://www.arch.nus.edu.sg/casa/projects/rda/rda-pad.html)

...and the D.R.A.E.'s definition of "albañilería"

1. f. Arte de construir edificios u obras en que se empleen, según los casos, ladrillos, piedra, cal, arena, yeso, cemento u otros materiales semejantes.
2. Obra de albañilería.

"follow on" I understand to mean "later".

Hope it helps.
