English term or phrase:coincident indicators
coincident indicators = coincident delinquency, roll rates, activation and line utilization ratios, line increases/decreases, renewals, top-ups, upgrades/cross-sell and attrition.
Explanation: A coincident indicator is an economic statistical indicator that changes (more or less) simultaneously with general economic conditions and therefore reflects the current status of the economy. Typical examples of coincident indicators are industrial production or turnover.
A coincident indicator is distinct from both a leading indicator changing in advance of economic conditions, and a lagging indicator reflecting changes in general economic trend after they have already taken place.
