Relación Préstamo-Valor


Explanation:

Relación entre el valor de una propiedad y el préstamo que la misma puede garantizar. Se expresa como un por ciento del valor del inmueble. Por ejemplo, si una casa vale $120.000 y se otorga un préstamo de $84,000 se puede decir que el préstamo equivale al 70% del valor de la propiedad. Esta es la Relación Préstamo-Valor (Loan-to-Value-Ratio.)
