I'm not sure how to communicate the distinction that this document shows between three types of workplace safety infractions:
1) Non-serious infractions
2) Serious infractions
3) Egregious infractions
I was using infracciones menores y graves, but what would egregious be? Atroz y mayúscula sounds muy fuerte for this context...
