Estoy traduciendo del inglés al español un acuerdo para compraventa de barcos.
La frase de que no estoy del todo segura es:

".. the bank account notified by the sellers to the buyers for receipt of the balance of the purchase price."

Mi versión es ".. la cuenta bancaria notificada por los vendedores a los compradores para el recibo del resto del precio de compra"

No me suena del todo bien, no sé si "the balance" en este contexto sería "el resto" o no. Así que quiero confirmarlo con vosotros o quizá hay alguien quien tenga una idea mejor.

disagree  Neil Ashby: "practimcamente similares" entonces uno no tiene nada que ver con el otro !!! Es incorrecto! "Saldo" is the value, without 'pendiente' we don't know if that is positive or negative, if it must be paid or not. "pendiente" as 7 others have favoured,is vital
