¡Hola! Dado que se especifica que se trata de un "team" y que la presentación tiene dos ponentes, entiendo que el plural se puede sobreentender. No obstante, "equipo directivo" también es perfectamente correcta. Espero haber resuelto tu duda. Un saludo.
