English term or phrase: Fórmula (on a marriage certificate from Marbella)
The marriage certificate is from Marbella (Spain) and written in Spanish and French. However the term "Fórmula B" only appears in Spanish.

It appears on the top of the right hand side of the certificate, just below the number of the marriage certificate.

Would it refer to "formulario"? Maybe it is a term used in Marbella to refer to formulario? I can't think of any other thing...

Many thanks in advance

Explanation:
I agree with you. It must be indicating the type of "formulario".
According to the link below, there are two models of marriage certificates (A and B)

According to the RAE:
Fórmula: 2. f. Manera fija de redactar algo.

Hope this helps!
