Se trata de una novela. Un tipo acaba de matar a su novia y lee una carta que ella le había escrito declarándole su amor eterno. Él se siente fatal dice.
"What are you going to do and say? Why, pardner, that's simple. It's easy as nailing your balls to a stump and falling off backwards..."
Quiere decir "Es tan fácil como clavar tus pelotas a un palo y dejarte caer..."
Seguro que hay un traducción mucho mejor.

Explanation:
Tal vez me guste más, "tronco (de árbol)", como dice izulaika, pero stump sería más bien el "tocón". El problema es que "tocón" no suena tan bien, pero por otra parte es el que hace que la acción de clavarse las pelotas sea más factible/"cómoda"¡!
